Slow Flow and Stretch: Ideal if you have never done yoga or if you are looking for a relaxing class with just a little bit of movement and lots of stretching. Half  slow flow  vinyasa yoga class and half stretch and relaxation. A class with a focus on the basics of alignment and a slower pace for greater understanding of your yoga practice. Level: Beginners to intermediate. Intensity: Low to moderate
