Partial or full fitness training on a balance board. Excellent for strengthening stabilizers, abs, core, in addition to the rest of the full body workout. Possibility of training on a yoga mat also if you don’t want to use the balance board. Excellent training to prepare you for a surf trip or for general fitness!
