A yoga class intertwined with fitness. You will move with your breath, with a moderate to intense pace including more engaging intervals. Muscular engagement and cardio solicited more than in a regular class. The positions of the Hot Cardio Flow classes remain accessible basic positions. Guaranteed sweats.
Our “Hot” classes are slightly heated to around 30-32 degrees, so a heat present but not “invasive”.
